This range of laboratory scale vacuum furnaces is designed to provide high specification products economically. The VTTF series of horizontal tube furnaces is based on a standard design and is offered at 1200°C and 1500°C.

Standard features:
– Vacuum vessel – ceramic tube fitted with stainless steel end seals;
– Rotary pump: two stage sliding vane type;
– Water cooled oil diffusion pump;
– Manually operated backing/roughing and baffle valve ;
– Pirani gauge – low vacuum monitoring;
– Penning gauge – high vacuum monitoring;
– Ultimate vacuum – better than 1 x 10^-5mbar, with clean empty work tube.

Options
– Gas inlet with additional safety system for use with combustible atmospheres;
